This role is a Part Time Position 20 – 25 Hours a week.
You do not need to have any experience in textiles, you will be trained by our team on how to test fabrics in our lab. Previous experience or any form of education in textiles is a plus.
Position: Administrative / Data Entry and Quality Control Support
For this position, your major duties will include but are not limited to:
Recording test data into MS Teams and MS Excel.
Communicating via email and video conference to our international offices for feedback on product development.
Compose Cost Sheets to support Sales.
Filing testing data and keeping strict records according to standard procedures.
Testing Fabrics samples for physical properties.
Proficient with Processing Shipments via DHL,UPS and USPS.
Review test results and report in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn how to test fabrics.
Detailed oriented a must.
Accounting Experience a Plus
Clear communication skills.
Not easily overwhelmed.
Able to learn from constructive criticism.
Proficient at Multitasking.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word).
