About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Specialist who prioritizes the end-user. Beyond standard bug-tracking, you will ensure that every digital touchpoint meets the highest standards of Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive testing across CX and UX dimensions to ensure intuitive customer journeys.
- Design and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans.
- Ensure all digital services meet W3C/WCAG accessibility standards for People of Determination.
- Coordinate with developers to validate CRM integrations and API performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product quality assurance.
- Focus Area: Specialized expertise in CX and UX testing methodologies.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM is an added advantage.
- Tools: Proficiency in automated testing suites (Selenium, Playwright) and bug-tracking software (Jira).
