Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience as a QC Engineer in Precast Manufacturing.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Knowledge of MS Office 365.
Knowledge of safety protocols.
Excellent Time management, organizing skills & result-driven.
Good written and oral communication in English & Hindi.
Maintain confidentiality.
Job Roles
Assisting and reporting all quality-related matters to the QA/QC Manager in the organization Â
Ensure to comply with the requirements of quality procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality system
Compile and maintain the QA/QC documents for the project, including inspection reports, certificates, and test results
Scheduling, monitoring, and analysing the targets set for the QC engineers and inspectors
Detailed study of the drawing issued for production and develop a quality plan for inspection
Follow up on the QC inspections and approvals with the clients.
Develop, implement & maintain the quality system with the department and coordinate with other departments.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify quality improvement
opportunities and implement corrective actions.
Conduct training sessions for QC engineers and QC Inspectors.
Maintain a comprehensive standard record of all QA/QC activities,s including inspections,
tests & approvals.
Prepare & submit detailed quality reports outlining findings, deviations, and recommended
corrective actions.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
