We are seeking a QC Manual to join our international team and establish quality control processes from scratch. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining manual testing strategies to ensure our product meets the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Conduct manual testing and inspections of software products and services to identify defects and defects
Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve defects
Develop and execute manual test plans and test cases to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identify and report defects to the development team, and track defects through to resolution
Participate in quality reviews and meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of the quality goals and objectives
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with established quality standards and procedures
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality
Requirements
5+ years of experience in web application testing and mobile application testing
Experienced in writing & defining test plan, test cases
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
Experience with manual testing tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication in Vietnamese and English is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work
