Roles and responsibilities
Conducting BAU (B2B calls) audits for IS and CC agents
Performing hygiene audits
Providing feedback on audit observations
Compiling audit reports to share with the stakeholder and process owners
Conduct calibration session with the teams
Develop and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Identify operational challenges effectively to improve the internal quality
Knowledge on QC tools and continuous improvement methodologies
Requirements
Graduate in any Discipline.
Minimum 2 Year of experience in Call Audits and feedback is required.
Good Communication Skills (English and Hindi proficiency desired).
