Engineer to
join our team

How You Will Make an Impact Oversee all Incoming
Quality Control
(IQC) processes for GIS, GCB, and Service.
Act as the key user for the SAP S/4
HANA quality module.
Execute
continuous improvement
projects aimed at saving resources and reducing processing time for quality department processes.
Lead the “Zero Defect” strategy to increase the catch ratio.
Actively support the change process for the IQC relocation project (to Embrach).Identify new technologies and collect best practices to improve our processes and quality.
Create and visualize IQC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Your Background Fluency in German and English is a must.
Proficiency in any programming language.
Lean Six Sigma training preferred but not required.
Strong academic background:
At least a bachelor’s degree in any technical field of Engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, process), with a preference for a master’s degree.
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps preferred but not required.
Previous work experience in incoming
quality control
,
quality assurance
, or any other
continuous improvement
role is preferred.
Recent graduates with a strong background will also be considered for the position.
