Job Description
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Productivity Improvement in SPX Express Singapore
- Act as the advisor for the core operations team. Identify areas of process improvements, standardization and compliance across the operation team.
- Initiate and lead projects to achieve sustainable improvement of operational metrics.
- Partner with the business Intelligence team to design, improve and track business KPIs ensuring that KPI are driving towards achieving the right culture and mindset in SPX Express Singapore.
- Interface with Product management team for system enhancement requests, new features roll-out and implementation
- Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Professional experience in corporate and growth strategy, consulting or proven track record in managing complex operational teams, programs or projects.
- Strong desire to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, data analytics and product design in the e-commerce industry.
- Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
