POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA who can independently drive, coordinate, and lead compliance initiatives related to:
- ISO 20000 (IT Service Management System – SMS)
- ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management System – BCMS)
The candidate will be responsible for building governance frameworks, managing audit readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving corrective actions, and ensuring continuous compliance improvement across IT operations and enterprise services.
This role requires strong practical experience in ITSM governance, audit handling, process standardization, risk management, and stakeholder management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and maintain ISO 20000 & ISO 22301 compliance activities across IT operations and business services.
- Coordinate internal/external audits, manage audit evidence, NCR/CAPA tracking, and certification readiness.
- Review and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, BCM/DR) to ensure governance effectiveness.
- Drive process standardization, risk control, KPI/SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, management, and auditors to ensure operational and compliance alignment.
- Coach teams on governance awareness, audit preparation, and quality practices.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, QA, ITSM, or ISO compliance roles.
- Hands-on experience in implementing, maintaining, or supporting ISO 20000 and/or ISO 22301 certification/audit activities.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, risk management, CAPA, operational governance, and quality management practices.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working directly with external auditors.
- Good understanding of service operation processes, software development lifecycle, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/document management tools.
- Good command of English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS
- ITIL Foundation or above.
- ISO 20000 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer.
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer.
- Familiarity with CMMI framework is an advantage.
- PMP, COBIT, or related governance certifications are a plus.
