Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of software products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Identify, record, document, and track defects, and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Lead QA efforts in agile/scrum teams, ensuring timely delivery and effective quality control.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (if applicable).
Analyze and report test results, KPIs, and metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman, etc.) is a plus.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting for data validation and backend testing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
ISTQB or other QA certification is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
