Job Title: Sr. Quality Analyst
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
The Sr. Quality Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in data annotation processes. This position involves meticulous transaction monitoring, reporting, and quality management to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. The role is critical in driving continuous improvement and aligning quality metrics with organizational goals.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
TRANSACTION MONITORING:
Perform transaction monitoring for complex processes.
Derive sample sizes and assign transaction monitoring targets.
Record CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and ensure learnings are shared with the team.
Participate in calibration sessions and demonstrate improvement when accuracy targets are not met.
REPORT & REVIEW:
Prepare QA scorecards and conduct coaching and feedback reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Conduct timely reviews and prepare monitoring improvement plans.
Track and measure transaction monitoring compliance against sampling targets.
Manage complaint/issue tracking, resolution, and analysis.
OTHER QMS ACTIVITIES:
Deliver required outputs to clients/internal stakeholders on time.
Identify failure modes or pain points in processes and contribute to mitigation plans.
Document and maintain the complaint tracker, ensuring the closure of CAPA & RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Brief the team on corrective actions and learnings from complaints and QC findings.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in data annotation, preferably.
Prior experience in a quality management role within data annotation.
Ability to independently select and audit samples per agreed sampling criteria.
Experience in identifying CAPA, RCA, and suggesting actions to the Team Lead/Process Manager.
Proficiency in coaching and providing feedback to achieve accuracy targets and reduce errors.
Flexibility to work in shifts.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL):
Experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes with exposure to SAP-P2P modules.
Background in the O&G industry, supply chain operations (trucking, rail, marine), or heavy industries.
