We are recruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team in a long-term contract, hybrid role in Dallas, TX or Miramar, FL. This role will be responsible for the overall quality of systems and technologies released into ETP’s production environment. This role ensures systems meet business requirements and objectives by planning, documenting, executing, and validating testing efforts through both manual and automated processes. The QA Analyst plays a key leadership role in defining and ensuring adherence to quality standards across platforms and teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve in a team leader capacity with large-scale platform testing (e.g., SAP, JDA)
Lead the implementation, build-out, or expansion of automated testing tools
Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams
Report testing outcomes to project stakeholders
Coordinate the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams
Perform quality and testing audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for QA programs
Understand various programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, and DevOps/CI-CD practices
Execute both manual and automated tests, document results and defects, and assist in troubleshooting and resolution
Create, run, and maintain reports to measure and track testing metrics
Participate in test automation including framework design, script development, and maintenance
Stay current on QA best practices and tools and deliver QA process training to IT teams
Provide coaching and development for Quality Assurance Analysts
Lead and direct offshore testing programs
Serve as a thought leader by maintaining expertise in QA leading practices
Recommend staffing model improvements to reduce costs or improve quality
Report HP ALM QA metrics and testing status to project and application teams
Support integration testing cycles through script execution, coaching SAP super users, and defect resolution
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, Master’s Degree preferred
4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst
Extensive experience in Functional Manual testing, UI and API integration testing,
Experience working on eCommerce (B2B/B2C)
Experience with JIRA Test Management tools,
Knowledge of Automation in TOSCA/Selenium/Playwright
Experience testing large-scale platforms (e.g., SAP, JDA) and automated testing tools
Expertise in application test planning, execution, and tools
Experience working with offshore QA teams
Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values, SAFe Agile Certification preferred
Experience with regression and performance testing for scheduled releases
Experience with DevOps/CI-CD methodologies
