Note: This is a FTE position and only considering GC and US Citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have Specflow or Java, Cucumber, and Selenium and an understanding of the page object model OR C#, Selenium,BDD testing.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures based on software requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing to identify software defects and ensure they are resolved before release.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide input on testability, usability, and reliability.
Document test results, track defects, and report testing progress to project stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues found during testing.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in software testing and quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
