Our consumer business client in the transportation industry is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Hybrid, 10+ years) to validate end-to-end Seamless Check‑In integrations using API testing and automation frameworks- RITM / RITM

Join a critical IT initiative ensuring seamless interaction across APIs, backend services, and digital check‑in workflows within a major airline environment. This role focuses on quality assurance across distributed integrations powering partner and customer check‑in experiences. You’ll contribute to complex cross‑system validation supporting high‑visibility interoperability between orchestration layers and external provider APIs. The project spans key automated testing deliverables central to reliable platform operation.

Must Haves

5+ years in QA /
Test Engineering performing API testing of REST services and end‑to‑end system validation

Experience testing in an AI environment

Experience testing Java /
Spring applications and validating JSON/XML payloads with OAuth 2.0 /
JWT authentication

Hands‑on with Postman
, Rest Assured
, Karate
, or similar automation frameworks integrated in CI/CD pipelines

Proven ability testing microservices architectures
, external partner integrations
, and API orchestration layers

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Nice to Have

Airline or travel systems experience (Check‑in / DCS, passenger journeys)

Exposure to multi‑system workflows involving partner API integrations such as codeshare or alliance services

Responsibilities

Develop and execute test strategy and detailed plans for Seamless Check‑In functionality

Create API test cases and automation scripts aligned to business and integration rules

Perform end‑to‑end validation across digital check‑in flows ensuring system reliability

Maintain regression test suites and document execution results

Log and track defects through resolution with integration and development teams

Support user acceptance testing and provide sign‑off deliverables
