Job Summar
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst / Senior Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Squish GUI Automation to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Squish.
- Create automated functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration test scripts.
- Execute and maintain automated test suites on Windows and VMware environments.
- Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis (RCA), and regression validation.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Manage Jira dashboards, sprint tracking, and automation reporting.
- Support software release validation and continuous process improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
