Senior QA Automation Engineer
NEOGOV, an HRIS Product company based in Los Angeles is the market and technology leader in human resources software for the public sector.
We are looking for seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineers (Selenium with c#, Playwright) for FULL-TIME and REMOTE opportunities for our India Development Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation scripts using C# in Selenium WebDriver
- Develop new and migrate existing selenium scripts using Playwright
- Implement and manage test automation frameworks (e.g., NUnit, MSTest, TestNG)
- Conduct web and mobile application testing with a focus on reliability and performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Familiarity using version control systems , Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
- Lead and contribute to team efforts to enhance test automation practices
- Contribute to manual testing and regression testing on demand
- Familiarity with shift left testing practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience(5+ years) with test automation using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands on experience with Playwright
- Strong programming and scripting skills in C#, typescript or javascript
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, and TestNG.
- Proficiency in web testing technologies and methodologies.
- Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AI-Powered script development
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
