At Onenex, we are building enterprise software solutions that deliver real business value. We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Automation) to ensure software quality, improve testing efficiency, and drive automation practices across our enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, API, and regression testing.
- Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and database testing for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery quality.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Support UAT, deployment validation, production verification, and post-go-live activities.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including automation testing.
- Strong experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Experience in API testing and automation (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Finance, ERP, Estate Management, or business workflow systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, testing processes, and defect management.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience leading QA activities or mentoring QA team members.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and performance testing is a plus.
