Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our innovative team. While proficiency in both Python and Java is appreciated, we understand that candidates may have a stronger background in one language. We welcome individuals eager to apply their skills while expanding their expertise in both programming languages.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Python and Java.
Collaborate with development teams to define testing strategies and seamlessly integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct performance, regression, and functional testing across web and mobile applications.
Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Continuously enhance testing methodologies and tools to improve quality assurance processes.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in QA automation and introduce innovative solutions to the team.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Python or Java (or both) for automation testing.
Willingness to enhance proficiency in the less familiar programming language.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or equivalent frameworks.
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in QA automation engineering.
Practical experience in testing both web and mobile applications.
Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
