Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading IT company, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow QA Tester to support a high-impact initiative focused on integrating an internal AI chatbot platform with the ServiceNow HR module (HRSD).
This role will play a critical part in validating end-to-end workflows and integrations, working closely with developers and a global engineering team to ensure quality across systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and execute functional, regression, and integration testing for ServiceNow platform development
- Validate end-to-end workflows between AI/chatbot platforms and ServiceNow HRSD
- Perform integration and API testing to ensure seamless data flow across systems
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Partner closely with developers and global engineering teams to align testing with project goals
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and system issues
- Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ideally within the HRSD module
- Strong experience with integration and API testing
- Solid foundation in QA methodologies and testing principles
- Ability to understand and test end-to-end system workflows
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Experience testing AI or chatbot platforms
