Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through both manual and automated testing.
Responsibilities:
Review software requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and performance.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure product quality through functional and non-functional testing.
Design, develop, and execute automated regression test suites.
Conduct performance testing to assess system reliability, scalability, and capacity.
Generate and maintain detailed test reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
Proficient with issue tracking tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
Experience in writing automated tests using frameworks such as Robot Framework, Appium, Selenium, or Cucumber.
Background in financial domains is a plus.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English.
Positive, proactive attitude with a high level of empathy and team collaboration.
