Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Goal: To ensure continuous improvement by auditing operational (Project and Cluster) processes and initiating corrective actions with internal stakeholders to safeguard profitability for the organisation and its shareholders.

Objectives:

Continuously improve processes, procedures, and standards through quality assurance, enforcing uniform working methods via internal audits to enhance profitability and value.

Focus areas:

Adherence to standards and procedures.

Organizational agenda follow-up.

Cost estimation, budgeting, manpower, and contingency performance.

Risk and change management.

Analyze audit findings, write reports with improvement advice, and support the Manager QHSE & Process Improvement in setting up the auditing structure. Identify non-compliance and opportunities for standardization, discuss findings with Project or Cluster Directors, implement and monitor audit findings, and advise on risk priorities. Use and maintain company templates and standards, approve and cross-check new procedures for compliance, educate employees on continuous improvement and cost awareness, and propose corrective measures while supporting commercial requests. Maintain high standards, take corrective actions as needed, protect client privacy and data confidentiality, and report audit findings and KPIs to the Manager QHSE & Process Improvement.

Profile:

Relevant degree.

At least 5 years of experience, preferably within a similar technical environment.

Lead auditor ISO 9001, 45001 with relevant experience, including supplier audits.

Competencies: Organizational engagement, Autonomy, Exactitude, Helicopter view.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Good knowledge of MS Office applications / SharePoint 365.
