Responsibility:
- Hands-on experience in an agile software team that values quality ownership and teamwork
- Opportunities to grow your skills in automation, agile testing, and quality strategy
- Analyze test results and suggests process and product improvements
- Make Data driven decisions when prioritizing issues
- Ensure Test Case cover all functions and non functions aspect
- Driving test automation adoption and improve test process
- Deligation task to team and balancing
- Advocates the shift-left testing, including automation framworks and test coverage metrics
- Review and Assign work to proper with scope and project timeline
- Lead and Owns the quality of larger of project/product/system
- Design Test Strategies and Test Plan of each test level to align with project goals
- Analytical skills to identify system issue and propose solutions in owns project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and delivering quality across multiple modules or features
- Proven ability to own the quality lifecycle from planning to deployment in complex projects
- Proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for writing and maintaining automation scripts
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern deployment environments
- Ability to design, maintain, and execute tests at various levels of the Test Pyramid (unit, integration, system, UAT)
- Experience conducting impact analysis to evaluate system risks related to new requirements or changes
- Familiarity with performance and non-functional testing tools
- Strong knowledge of system and software architecture to create effective and scalable test strategies
- Ability to manage and treat test cases as long-term quality assets, including proper documentation and reuse
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Direct Hire)
