Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience
- Strong background in QA Automation Frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Python (mandatory)
- Experience with at least one of: Go, C++, or Rust
- Strong experience in API Testing
- Experience testing Microservices and Distributed Systems
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright
- Experience with Postman
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong experience in Performance Testing using tools such as k6 or JMeter
- Experience with Security Testing tools such as:
- OWASP ZAP
- Burp Suite
- SAST / DAST
- Experience with SonarQube Quality Gates
- Strong understanding of SIT, FAT, and UAT
- Fluent English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience working in highly regulated or secure environments
- Experience with air-gapped/on-premise infrastructure
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and cybersecurity compliance frameworks
Certifications
Mandatory (one of the below):
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst
Preferred:
- CSQE
- CKAD
