Job Description:
The Fulfillment & Quality Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fulfillment, packaging, and quality checks. This role supports both our receiving and fulfillment workflows and requires a high degree of organization, multitasking, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Review and process online store orders based on packing slips and fulfillment schedules.
Pick, count, and verify items accurately.
Match shipping labels with packing slips.
Pack items securely for shipment.
Assist with boxing and labeling for carrier pickup.
Quality Control & Error Identification:
Inspect garments and products for defects (holes, stains, incorrect prints, etc.).
Confirm item styles, sizes, colors, and counts match the order.
Document and report discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods.
Serve as the last checkpoint before an order is shipped out.
Physical & Fast-Paced Work Responsibilities:
Lift and move boxes as needed during the packing and receiving process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with folding, bagging, tagging, heat pressing, boxing, and preparing items for shipment.
Manage and track multiple orders simultaneously.
Inventory & Communication:
Keep organized and concise records of all orders and shipments.
Communicate clearly with the fulfillment manager and other departments regarding issues or shortages.
Update logs and reports using digital systems.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
✅ Experience with order fulfillment, quality control, or warehouse environments.
✅ Familiarity with shipping systems (UPS/FedEx).
✅ Apparel industry knowledge.
✅ Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
