We are partnering with a Singapore-based technology outsourcing and software development company to hire Senior QA Engineers to be part of their growing team. They serve international clients, with expertise across enterprise software, mobile apps, customized solutions, and game development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, API, performance, and acceptance testing.
- Set up test environments and troubleshoot issues with developers.
- Manage defects and provide test reports and quality analysis.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure smooth releases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience with Linux and basic SQL; MySQL/Oracle knowledge.
- Familiarity with Selenium, SoapUI, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Degree or above.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Python/Java scripting and automation framework experience.
- Experience with Postman, JMeter, or Pytest.
- Mobile app, game, or high-concurrency system testing experience.
- CI/CD and automated testing integration experience.
