The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced QA Site Lead to support Quality Assurance operations at a production site in Denmark. In this critical leadership role, you will:
Oversee all QA activities, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations.
Evaluate and strengthen existing QA systems and processes.
Lead, coach, and manage the QA team, driving performance and professional development.
Build a culture of proactive quality and operational excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to leave a tangible mark on a high-priority manufacturing site within a global business.
Requirements
Proven experience leading QA in a manufacturing or production environment (preferably Medical Device or similarly regulated industries).
Strong leadership and management skills with a people-first mindset.
Strategic thinker with hands-on experience improving and maintaining QA systems.
Fluent in English; Danish is a strong advantage.
