Job Description
Perform arbitration for listings, video & livestream appeals.
Perform daily sampling tasks for audit purposes when necessary.
Monitor, report, analyze, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality performance.
Track and monitor quality related metrics and initiate plans for corrective actions.
Work closely with training & policy teams in improvement activities.
Provide feedback and analysis on policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
Cooperate with moderation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard.
Participate in and host weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
Coach fellow QA team members for internal team improvements.
Execute the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Ability to familiarize and understand QA logics & metrics in order plan and communicate QA strategy and perform workload balancing.
Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by leader.
Requirements
Experience in QA of listings & category labeling tasks on e-commerce platforms.
Experience in QA on social media platforms for video & livestream content moderation.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in QA team, planning, or strategy roles, preferably with experience in the e-commerce and/or content moderation industry.
Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with advanced formula application and database software (Advanced Excel and Google Sheets) experience required.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as a team.
