I. Quality Management System (QMS)
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective QMS in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
Ensure adherence to quality policies, procedures, and guidelines across the manufacturing process.
II. Quality Assurance & Control
Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related problems.
III. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
IV. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management practices.
V. Supplier Quality Management
Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials and components supplied by vendors.
Conduct supplier audits and drive improvements in supplier quality performance.
VI. Customer Focus
Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
VII. Continuous Improvement
Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance operational efficiency.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.
VIII. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
