Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Sterility Assurance, ideally within aseptic or sterile pharmaceutical environments
Strong leadership background – able to drive cross-functional alignment and mentor teams
Deep understanding of EU GMP Annex 1, and how to implement it in line with the Quality Management System (QMS)
Solid foundation in engineering, technical operations, or quality management
Proven ability to lead and resolve deviations, non-conformances, and compliance issues
Comfortable working closely with the Quality Director, contributing to batch release and inspection readiness activities
