Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Quality operations across multiple business units
  • Develop and implement strategic QA frameworks, governance models, and measurement systems
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Analyze trends, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with Operations, Training, Analytics, and Process Excellence teams to improve client metrics and compliance performance
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives using AI, ML, RPA, and Automated QA tools
  • Manage compliance health and mitigate business risks proactively
  • Lead client interactions and support strategic business reviews
  • Manage and mentor Quality Leads, AMs, Managers, and Sr. Managers
  • Build succession planning, capability development, and upskilling programs
  • Promote a culture of innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or related functions
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the BPO industry
  • Strong expertise in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • Experience managing strategic QA frameworks and governance
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives using AI and RPA tools
  • Strong stakeholder and client management experience
  • Experience managing large Quality teams in a BPO/shared services environment
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
