Role Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen and lead our quality operations across multiple partner factories in Bangladesh, with a particular focus on Primark underwear programs.
This is not a product inspection role.
We are looking for someone who understands that real quality management starts long before final inspection. The right candidate will lead and develop a team of QA inspectors, set clear standards, and ensure that our systems work consistently across all factories.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and mentoring a field QA team
* Establishing structured and measurable control systems
* Assessing factory risk levels and acting proactively
* Identifying weaknesses in processes before they impact shipments
* Ensuring full alignment with buyer expectations
This role requires strong leadership, sound judgement, and the confidence to challenge factories constructively when needed.
