We are currently hiring a SAP QA Senior Manager to lead quality assurance delivery across complex, large-scale SAP and S/4HANA projects. This is a strategic leadership role involving end-to-end QA ownership, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with senior business leaders to shape testing strategies, manage project risks, and drive QA excellence.

Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end QA delivery lifecycle across SAP programs
Define and implement QA strategy, frameworks, and tooling
Manage multi-disciplinary test teams and resource planning
Own stakeholder engagement and reporting on QA progress
Drive process improvement, risk mitigation, and quality metrics
Contribute to pre-sales support and overall delivery models
Requirements:
7+ years in senior QA/project management roles
Proven experience on large SAP and S/4HANA programs
ISTQB Advanced certification (required), project management qualification (preferred)
Strong experience with QC/ALM, test planning, and stakeholder reporting
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Experience introducing and implementing quality process improvements
Familiarity with ITIL and quality-related audits is a plus
