The successful candidate will assist Project Manager to manage the QA status of the company’s in-house and outsource projects.
Your role
Conduct testing on mobile applications, websites and backend systems
Develop and execute test cases to identify bugs and issues, ensuring software functionality is validated
Summarize test execution status and prepare relevant reports
Assist with schedule and resource tracking
Develop and enhance the automation process for testing
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate closely with internal team on problem logs and independently follow up on resolutions
Perform other ad hoc tasks to events or projects as assigned by the Manager
To succeed in this role
High Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
A minimum of 3 years experience in a sizeable MNC is essential
Solid experience in the quality assurance cycle
Experience in automated testing is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and willingness to embrace challenges
Excellent time management skills; well-organized with a strong analytical mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Overtime may be required to ensure project deadlines are met
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
