About the Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Vacancy:
As part of the Trading team as the Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, in this position, you will be responsible for designing automated tests to validate the functionality of web applications, analyzing the functionality of the application, reviewing requirements, and you will also be tasked with creating test plans and detailed test cases.
You will work alongside technical professionals such as software engineers and product managers to understand requirements and use cases.
You also have exposure to programming, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
What you will do:
• Complete automation suite for regression testing and functional test suite
• Reduction of Bug leakage
• Partner with technical and product management to ensure quality delivery of every feature being developed
• Guide junior team members and be a figure to look up to
• Enhance the automation framework to enhance the scalability
• Identify and develop design patterns and practices within the quality assurance team
• Building Mock services/alternate testing techniques to increase test coverage
Ideal Requirements for the Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Vacancy:
• Several years of experience in building front-end and back-end automation frameworks
• Ability to hold several responsibilities
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and TDD
• Understanding of databases, SQL, and application servers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience with Java
