The Role
- Manage and oversee all QA/QC activities across a large-scale Data Centre project.
- Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews across construction and installation activities.
- Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records, reports, and handover documentation.
- Support project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer within Data Centers, Mission Critical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and commissioning requirements.
- Experience managing NCRs, RFIs, ITPs, quality audits, and project turnover documentation.
- Knowledge of relevant construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- MUST be open to working onsite in Finland.
- MUST be available to work on a freelance/contract basis.
- Previous Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
- Commissioning or turnover experience would be advantageous.
