What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Management Review processes, including data prep and stakeholder communication
- Drive risk management activities using tools like FMEA and risk matrices
- Own end-to-end change control processes within a GMP environment
- Analyze and report quality metrics, identifying trends and improvements
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, and Regulatory teams
- Enhance eQMS workflows and train teams on quality procedures
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Strong expertise in GMP regulations (21 CFR 210/211, ICH Q9/Q10)
- Hands-on experience with eQMS platforms like Veeva, MasterControl, or Qualio
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and project management abilities
