Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
6 – 8 years of working experiences using Oracle Fusion, SAP or other ERP platforms for Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management.
Solid working knowledge of various Planning modules, including but not limited to: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Global Order Promising (GOP), Sales and Operations (S&OP).
Working business understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Issue to Resolution (I2R) processes.
Experience with databases and SQL.
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Well-versed in creating test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience in problem-solving and debugging skills through system logs.
Good-to-Have Skills
Working experiences as a Supply Planner in Supply Planning or Material Requirements Planning.
Hands-on testing experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain.
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and how the EDI signals are processed.
Experience with any of these: Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, I2.
Experience with Design to Manufacturing best practices.
Experience with machine learning, AI, and machine predictability solutions.
Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert for business validations and QA testing for Planning modules, including but not limited to: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Global Order Promising (GOP), Sales and Operations (S&OP).
Interface with Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain Management teams to define comprehensive testing process and scope for to-be changes in Demand & Supply Planning domain.
Partner with Capability Architects to build and own test strategy, test plan, test scenarios and test cases leading to QA validations and sign-off on assigned projects.
Work with third-party partners and QA team to perform end-to-end supply-chain integration testing.
Evaluate and execute applicable test cases.
Document all test results and ensure execution results up to date.
Keep stakeholders well-informed of testing progress and statuses.
Be able to articulate issues, problems, impacts, and support needs across different internal teams as well as external teams.
Innovate and suggest out-of-the-box solutions to improve productivity and processes.
