A key role responsible for maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems, leading investigations, and supporting site‑wide compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support investigations relating to quality events and provide clear recommendations
- Oversee CAPA activities and ensure effective follow‑through
- Analyse and report trends within the Quality Management System
- Review and approve procedures, reports, and protocols
- Participate in audits as a subject‑matter expert or lead auditor
- Contribute to site‑wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support day‑to‑day QA operations and team workload
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
- 4+ years’ experience in a cGMP environment, ideally within QA
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
- Experience with regulatory requirements and cGMP expectations
- Competence in statistical analysis and technical writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
