Your profile
Automotive technological background: sound understanding of automotive products and (production) technologies with a particular focus on accessories
Extensive experience with ISO TS 16949 and OE auditing processes
Extensive experience with ISIR/PPAP documentation in different organizations. (ISIR= Initial Sample Inspection Report)
Experience with the preparation of MS/ES in an OE environment
Familiarity with OE development processes
Familiarity with a wide range of production technologies relevant for accessory production (vacuum forming, welding, carpet cutting & sewing, vulcanization of rubber, painting, etcetera)
Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office software
Excellent professional communication & language skills (German & English)
Ability and interest to work in cross functional and international teams; culturally open-minded
Pro-active working attitude and a ‘can-do’ spirit.

Your tasks
Responsible for checking the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and Initial Samples for new genuine automotive accessories
Work closely together with the project managers during the evaluation of the documentation and samples
Assure that improvements are implemented based on Lessons Learned
Responsible for the approval of 4M changes at our suppliers
Support our project managers with establishing relevant Engineering Standards (ES) and Material Specifications (MS) for new accessories in our portfolio
Regularly check whether improvement of ES & MS is required for accessories already in our portfolio
Initiate activities to continuously increase awareness in the organization of the importance of quality for profitability
Review pro-actively existing procedures, forms and templates and initiate improvements where relevant
You are working group leader for 1 other team member with whom you share the responsibility for checking PPAP documentation and Initial Samples
