🔷What you will do?
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the ICT industry
- Lead internal audits and support external audits and certification processes
- Translate regulatory requirements into practical processes, procedures, and controls
- Monitor process performance through KPIs and quality metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Standardize processes and promote continuous improvement using structured methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- Identify and manage quality, compliance, and operational risks across the organization
- Maintain a risk register and drive regular risk reviews with process and business owners
- Develop and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and compliance documentation in an audit-ready state
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on their impact
- Deliver quality and compliance training and mentor less experienced colleagues
🔷What we expect from you?
- 4+ years of experience in quality management and/or compliance within the ICT industry
- Experience implementing and maintaining management systems based on international standards, especially ISO 9001
- Hands-on experience leading internal audits and supporting external audits and certification processes
- Experience with risk assessments and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Good understanding of ICT regulatory frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2/ZKS)
- Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
🔶 Nice to have
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, or equivalent certification
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Experience preparing organizations for certification and regulatory audits
- Experience mentoring colleagues and driving quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of additional management system standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 27005)
