Summary
As a Quality Assurance Associate at Olgam Life, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our plasma donation processes. This position is essential to our commitment to safety and excellence, ensuring that we provide the best care for our donors while supporting life-saving treatments.
Responsibilities
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of plasma collection processes to identify areas for improvement.
Utilize precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to monitor product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance quality management systems.
Document findings from quality inspections and audits, providing detailed reports on compliance status.
Assist in training staff on quality assurance practices and CGMP regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in quality assurance.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and QA/QC processes.
Experience with coordinate measuring machines and precision measuring instruments is preferred.
Familiarity with CGMP regulations is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
