Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Duties
Conduct detailed quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and vision inspection systems to perform accurate measurements and assessments.
Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions that address quality issues effectively.
Perform regular quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality systems and protocols.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
Skills
Proficient in quality control methodologies and practices, including experience with quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments, including calipers and other measurement tools.
Familiarity with data collection techniques for analyzing product quality metrics.
Experience with vision inspection systems for automated quality checks.
Ability to conduct thorough quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify defects or deviations from standards.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.
