Ensure data security and integrity across platforms.

Analyze trends in service delivery, participant outcomes, and staff performance to identify strengths and gaps.
Develop dashboards and tools to support real-time oversight and accountability by management.
Performance Management & System Development
Design and implement systems to track staff performance and support continuous professional development across TIPLR teams.
Create tools and processes to collect, monitor, and analyze performance data, supporting a culture of accountability and growth.
Reporting & Evaluation Support
Lead the preparation of required program reports for MDOC, government agencies, and funders, ensuring alignment with contractual outcomes.
Provide data summaries, visualizations, and key insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Work with the TIPLR Director and external evaluators (e.g., MPHI) to support outcome evaluation and research efforts.
Training & Technical Assistance
Train Peer Navigators, Managers, and Program Directors on how to input, interpret, and apply data effectively in their roles.
Develop user guides, SOPs, and data entry protocols to ensure consistency and confidence in system use.
Offer one-on-one or small group coaching for team members with varying levels of tech literacy.
Other Duties as Assigned
Support cross-functional projects and emerging organizational needs, including but not limited to new data initiatives, process improvements, or strategic planning efforts, as directed by executive leadership.
Flexibly adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or database management (experience with reentry, workforce development, or human services strongly preferred).
Proficiency with data tools such as Excel/Sheets, Airtable, or CRM platforms (experience with Google Forms/Sheets + Airtable a plus).
Familiarity with performance-based contracting, government reporting, and trauma-informed or peer-led models.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience developing training materials and coaching non-technical staff on data systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
