Brief Job Summary:
Monitoring the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials for a company
Hourly, non-exempt, full-time position
Typically Reports To:
Lead, management and other key personnel
Qualifications:
Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident
Must have the ability to work efficiently and work well in a team environment
Be punctual and have good attendance
Minimum high school diploma or GED, or
1-2 years’ experience, attention to detail, read, write and understand English
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various electronic processes and machinery related to the industry
Physical Demands and Activity:
Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job
Main Functions:
Possess knowledge of IPC-610
Expertise of quality expectations and the processes by which to implement it
Understands and properly uses materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and makes sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis
Immediately notifying the supervisor in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning
Performing all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machine’s operation and documents per our “Good Documentation Practices Procedure” on the proper logs
Maintain a clean work area
Perform proficiently at a quality standard rate set by the company’s mission and commitment
Additional Functions:
Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required
Willingness to cross-train into other departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
