Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
Oversee and manage the QA team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and evaluations of products and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
Stay up to date on regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or related role, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methods, and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards) are a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
