Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmednagar for a Senior Quality Engineer. The candidate will oversee quality control, assure product standards, and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include reviewing product quality, conducting audits, managing quality processes, and collaborating with the production and engineering teams to maintain high standards and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Control to maintain and improve product standards.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices and Product Quality evaluation.
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems and methodologies to lead quality initiatives effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
