Job Summary

The Sr. Quality Engineer will lead the development and implementation of advanced quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance, while conducting audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues, analyze data trends, and recommend strategic corrective actions. Additionally, the Sr. Quality Engineer will oversee compliance with industry standards, mentor employees, and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Role Description

Develop and implement advanced quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance.
Conduct thorough audits and inspections of products and processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively resolve complex quality issues.
Analyze data trends and recommend strategic corrective actions for quality enhancement.
Create, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation related to quality standards and procedures.
Train and mentor employees on advanced quality control processes and best practices.
Lead in-depth root cause analysis and implement comprehensive corrective actions for quality defects.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights on product quality.
Ensure and oversee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Other Requirements

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
3-5 years of experience in a similar role

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $80,000 – $120,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
