Key Responsibilities
Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications, particularly in Payments solutions.
Perform various types of testing, including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and Performance Testing.
Execute API testing using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on requirements and use cases.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Execute UI automation testing with basic knowledge of Cypress.
Utilize JMeter for performance and load testing.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Participate in CI/CD pipeline processes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Proven experience in manual testing, particularly within the Payments industry.
Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and Performance Testing.
Strong understanding of payments processing systems and transaction flows.
Proficiency in API Testing using Swagger and Postman.
Basic knowledge of UI automation testing using Cypress (hands-on experience is a plus).
Experience with Performance Testing tools, particularly JMeter.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their integration into the testing process.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
