We are seeking to find an Automation Test Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases to assess software functionality and performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about quality in software development.
Here’s what can be expected in this role:
Review software requirements and specifications to develop automated testing strategies for products or releases.
Design and code reusable test functions and components.
Execute automated tests across multiple systems, platforms, environments, and browsers.
Identify, log, and track software defects; report technical issues to development or product teams.
Verify software fixes and contributes to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
Apply a strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in automated software testing.
Proficiency in Python
Solid working knowledge of automated test tools and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to handle moderately complex testing issues; escalates advanced problems appropriately.
Prior experience in cross-platform or multi-browser testing environments is a plus.
