Responsibilities:
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to company Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains necessary quality reports for Quality Manager and Project Manager.
- Plans and conducts project internal audits and functional & department audits and oversees follow-up and close-out of audit findings.
- Reviews the implementation of design control activities on engineering design packages prior to submittal to clients or third parties.
- Conducts the quality control plan, audit, measurement and analysis activities for Engineering packages and advice correction.
- Raises and monitors non-conformities and corrective action reports on projects.
- Follows-up and verifies closing of audit observations, NCRs and CARs.
- Performs root cause analysis as required.
- Provides quality reports to the Quality Manager and Project Manager as required.
- Performs other duties assigned by Quality Supervisor/Manager.
AUTHORITY/LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager.
- Provides guidance to quality engineers.
- Leads design package reviews.
- Leads audit functions.
Requirements:
- BS Engineering with 10 years of significant experience in engineering and/or construction, of which 5 years in Building, Constriction, Infrastructure industry.
- Has experience in quality system auditing with Lead Auditor Certificate for ISO 9001 latest edition.
- Must have good knowledge of quality assurance/quality control methods, practices, international codes and standards, and procedures.
