Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages.
- Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
- Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively.
- Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement.
- Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum A Level or any equivalent degree
Experience Requirements
- At least 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Group of Companies

- Proven experience in managing quality for reputed garment factories.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
